Terms & Conditions

Race the Plane Competition

  1. The "Race the Plane" competition (Competition) is being run by Adelaide Football Club Limited ABN 48 008 101 568 of 105 West Lakes Boulevard West Lakes South Australia 5021 (AFC) and will run from 12.00pm ACST on Wednesday 2 August 2017 until 12.00pm ACST on Thursday 4 August 2017 (Competition Period).
     
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents, save that AFC and China Southern Airlines directors, employees and contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry.  Any entrant aged under 18 years is eligible to enter the Competition only if they have the consent of their parent or legal guardian.  By entering the Competition in accordance with paragraph 5, each entrant (and where applicable, each entrant's parent or legal guardian) is deemed to accept these Competition terms and conditions.
     
  3. The prizes are:
    1. 2 x general admission tickets to the Adelaide Crows' home match at Adelaide Oval on Sunday 6 August 2017 (Match) (valued at approximately $154) (Minor Prize); and
    2. 2 x business class tickets on China Southern Airlines to London, Paris, New York or Los Angeles departing from Adelaide (valued at up to $15,000) (Major Prize), (together, Prizes).
       
  4. AFC reserves the right to substitute any prize (or part thereof), with a similar prize (or part thereof) if necessary.  The Prizes are for personal use only and are not transferable.  The Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
     
  5. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must:
    1. have a valid Facebook account; and
    2. comment on the photo of Claude the Crow posted by AFC to its Facebook page to say in 25 words or less what the first thing is that Claude the Crow should pack for his overseas trip with China Southern Airlines.
       
  6. AFC will determine one winner who will win the Minor Prize and the chance to win the Major Prize.  This Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Each entry will be individually judged on the creative merit of the comment and the appointed judge(s) will select the best entry as the winner.  The decision of the judge(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
  7. The winner will be contacted via Facebook and also published on AFC's Facebook page.
     
  8. The winner must confirm his or her availability to attend the Match within 4 hours of being notified or the Minor Prize will be forfeited, and the judge(s) may select another eligible entrant as the winner. 
     
  9. To have the chance to win the Major Prize, the winner will participate in a running race of approximately 100m against the China Southern Airlines plane on the boundary line perimeter LED signage (LED Plane) at half time during the Match (Race).  The winner will win the Major Prize if he or she crosses the finish line ahead of the LED Plane.
     
  10. The winner must compete in the Race himself or herself, and may not assign participation in the Race to a third party.  By competing in the Race, the winner:
    1. warrants that his or her physical fitness is sufficient to undertake the Race;
    2. acknowledges that all physical activity, including running, has risks associated with it that may cause personal injury or damage to property; and
    3. authorises AFC to obtain medical attention of any type if an incident occurs and he or she is unable or unwilling to procure treatment.
       
  11. Entrants may only enter the Competition once using a Facebook account. 
     
  12. Travel arrangements for the Major Prize must be booked by 31 December 2017, and are valid for travel during the following periods only:
    1. 5 March 2018 and 20 March 2018 (inclusive); and
    2. 12 May 2018 and 21 June 2018 (inclusive),

subject to availability, and where applicable, subject to the consent of the winner's parent or legal guardian. If one of the tickets is booked for a child, the winner will not receive a credit for the reduced cost of the fare. The Major Prize must be booked in one transaction via AFC's nominated contact or third party appointee.

  1. The Major Prize cannot be used on codeshare flights operated by China Southern Airlines' partner airlines.  The Major Prize is subject to the applicable fare rules and China Southern Airlines' terms and conditions of carriage which are located at www.csair.com/au/en/.
     
  2. AFC will collect personal information from the winner to award the Prizes. The personal information of the winner of the Major Prize will be disclosed to China Southern Airlines Company Limited and its related companies (China Southern Airlines) so that China Southern Airlines can process and make arrangements for the winner's flight booking, contact them about their flight or related products and services. China Southern Airlines is required under the Customs Act 1901, Migration Act 1958, Civil Aviation Act 1988 and the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 to collect a passenger’s contact details, passport details (where they are travelling to or from Australia) and their travel itinerary. If AFC cannot collect the personal information from the winner that China Southern Airlines needs to comply with these legal obligations, then AFC may not be able to process the Major Prize. China Southern Airlines may disclose the winner’s personal information to and/or collect their personal information from its related companies and third parties who provide it with (or help it provide) products and services, including to overseas locations.
     
  3. AFC will generally not disclose a winner’s personal information to recipients located outside of Australia.  AFC's privacy policy (available at www.afc.com.au/privacy) sets out the way that AFC handles personal information, how an entrant can seek to access or correct any personal information AFC holds about an entrant, how to complain about a privacy breach by AFC and how the AFC will deal with a privacy complaint.  An entrant can contact AFC's Privacy Officer in relation to how the AFC handles personal information at privacy.officer@afc.com.au.
     
  4. AFC will not be held responsible for the loss, delay or cancellation of the Prizes after they have been awarded.
     
  5. AFC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and the Prizes. AFC’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
  6. If the winner is aged under 18 years at the time of using the Major Prize, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them.  AFC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants with discretion and to disqualify any entrant who is ineligible or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.  Failure by AFC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
     
  7. Subject to paragraph 20, AFC (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability arising whether in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of profit or loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential relating to the Competition or the awarding or taking of the Prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by law).
     
  8. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied by statute, custom or the common law are excluded.  If the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any provision, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Australian Consumer Law.
     
  9. In participating in the Race, the winner acknowledges and agrees that AFC may:
    1. photograph, videotape or otherwise record the winner to produce photographic images, film recordings, sound recordings and other material incorporating an entrant's appearance, likeness, voice, quotations, comments and name (Images); and
    2. use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, distribute, commercialise, adapt, modify, edit, sell, exhibit, store, dispose of, deal with or otherwise exploit in any media the Images or any part of the Images, for the purpose of AFC's marketing and promotional activities throughout the world.
       
  10. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or such other social media platform used to promote the Competition.  All information provided by the entrant is provided to AFC and not Facebook or such other social media platform.  Any information the entrant discloses will be treated in accordance with these terms and conditions.  Each entrant agrees to release Facebook or such other social media platform from any liability arising in any way from the entrant’s participation in the Competition.
     
  11. Any cost associated with accessing Facebook is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.  The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
     
  12. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted on the dates and in the manner described in these terms or otherwise due to circumstances beyond AFC's control, including but limited to due to any technical or communications problems, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, AFC's reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition.
     
  13. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

  1. The promotion prize draw will take place on 11.00am ACST  Monday 10 July 2017 at the Adelaide Football Club, 105 West Lakes Blvd, West Lakes SA 5021.

 

  1. The prize winners will be contacted by email and/or phone on Tuesday 11th July 2017 and the Promoter will arrange prize delivery.  The Promoter may record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. 

 

  1. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that part of the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed  for cash. 

 

  1. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 

 

  1. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

2017 Membership


All Adelaide Football Club (Club) Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.      Purchase of Membership

If you are successful in your Membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within five (5) business days. Your membership card and fulfilment package will be issued within thirty (30) business days from payment. Members who join during the season will receive a membership card (or match entry ticket) prior to the next home game. The Club reserves its right not to accept any Membership application form in its absolute discretion.

2.      Term of Membership

Subject to the following terms and conditions, your Club Membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to 31 October 2017.

3. Club Membership Categories and Entitlements

3.1.        Reserved Seat Membership categories

Season Ticket (Silver)

Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Silver Membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.  

Essential Crow Reserved Seat

Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) Conditions of Entry. Essential Crows Reserved Seat entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.1.2    General Admission Membership categories

Additional fees and charges may apply to General Admission Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the Member.

Essential Crow

Entitles the holder to general admission seating in the Western Stand for up to eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. 

This category is a general admission membership and is subject to capacity and may not be guaranteed entry. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) Conditions of Entry. Essential Crow membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Season General Admission

Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Season General Admission membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Season General Admission membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Season General Admission membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Season General Admission membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Bronze General Admission

Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Each Bronze Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Bronze membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Bronze membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

3.1.3      Interstate Membership categories

Additional fees and charges may apply to General Admission Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the Member.

Victorian General Admission

Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches at the MCG and Etihad Stadium. The Victorian General Admission membership base price is $50.00 for adults and concessions and $30.00 for juniors which is payable upfront at time of purchase. The relevant membership kit and card will then be issued to the member. An eligible credit card must also be supplied at time of purchase which will be used to process payments on a pay-as-you-go basis, following attendance of any Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Etihad Stadium.

The pay-as-you-go fee, charged per person attending each Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Etihad Stadium is $25.00* for adults, $17.00* for concession and $5.00* for juniors. Fees will be charged to the members’ nominated credit card within 7 business days following each eligible Crows Victorian match attended.

*Fees are subject to change for the 2017 subject to fixture and may be amended before the season commences.

Victorian General Admission members are subject to the payment terms outlined under point 7. Payments in these terms.

Victorian General Admission also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Victorian Home and Away

Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches,                                        at the MCG and Etihad Stadium, and additional games at the MCG of up to eleven (11) games in total. Victorian Home and Away access to the AFL Reserve (not valid for Anzac Day or Toyota AFL Final Series.)

Victorian Home and Away also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

Entitles the holder to access a free ticket to one (1) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match in their home state (if scheduled). Members are required to book their free ticket online at www.19thman.com.au . Interstate membership is only available to members who reside in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, TAS & WA and is not available to residents living in Victoria.

Interstate membership also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

3.1.4      Non Access Membership categories

Boundary Line

Entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches at Adelaide Oval. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Gold / Captain’s Club (upgrade)

Gold and Captain's Club upgrades entitle the holder to priority access to purchase a 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket, subject to the Crows participation.

Season Ticket, Essential Crow Reserved Seat, Essential Crow, Season General Admission, Victorian General Admission, Victorian Home and Away and Interstate are the only categories of membership eligible for Gold and Captain's Club upgrades.

Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Global Crow

Prospective Global Crow members must have an international postal address to be eligible. Global Crow membership is not available to supporters who reside in Australia or New Zealand. AFL streaming access passes will not be sent to members who have an Australian or New Zealand address on their account. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Crows Live

Crows LIVE membership is only available to supporters living in Australia or New Zealand (streaming will not work with an international IP address). AFL streaming access passes will only be sent to members who have an Australian or New Zealand address on their account. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

We Fly As One Membership

We Fly As One membership entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches at Adelaide Oval. We Fly As One membership is not available to existing members. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.2   Membership Classifications and Concessions

3.2.1      Family

Family Memberships are available for two (2) adults and two (2) juniors, or two (2) adults and one (1) junior (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2017) in Category 5, 6 or 7 seating, Season General Admission Membership, Victorian GA membership and Victorian Home and Away.

3.2.2      Junior

To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 6 years of age or more and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2017. Juniors aged under 6 at 1 January 2017 are entitled to attend matches without a Club Membership, however they must not occupy a seat.

3.2.3      Student

Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2017. You must be able to present you full-time student concession card at the gate on game day (if requested). Failure to present the card (if requested) will result in you paying a daily upgrade fee to an Adult ticket through Ticketek at the gate, subject to availability. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2017 Toyota Premiership Season matches.

3.2.4      Pensioner

Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2017 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your Membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2017 football season. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2017 Toyota Premiership Season matches.

3.3   Toyota AFL Finals Series entitlements

Each Member’s access to the Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches in late August should the Club be participating in the Toyota AFL Finals Series.

4.      Transfer of Membership

Club members may transfer/loan/pass their membership to a family member or friend providing that the family member or friend is at the equivalent level of entry. Concession and junior Members who transfer/loan/pass their membership card to an adult, or junior members to a concession, will be required to pay the daily upgrade fee through Ticketek at the gate on game day.

5.      No Onselling

Club Membership cards and Club Reserve tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be onsold (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is onsold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member’s Club Membership without a refund).

Members may, however, make their reserved seat membership available for resale on a game-by-game basis via the Club’s official Seat Return Program – refer to separate Seat Return Terms & Conditions.

6.      AFL Member Upgrades

6.1   AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal    details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access.  AFL Members who have nominated the Adelaide Football Club as their club of support may purchase a club reserved seat membership upgrade; or alternatively may purchase a daily ticket upgrade via Ticketek. AFL Members do not have access to the Western Stand at the Adelaide Oval.

6.2   MCC members may purchase a club upgrade via the Club or Melbourne Cricket Club.

7.      Payment

Payment of your Club Membership fee may be made in the following ways:

7.1          Full Payment by Monday 5 December 2016: Your full Membership fee can be paid via any one of the            following methods: VISA, MasterCard, BPay, Australia Post Billpay, Cheque, Cash or EFTPOS.

7.2          Easy Pay Payment Plan: Members can elect for payments to be deducted either in full, across 10 monthly payments or across 6 monthly payments as follows:

7.2.1      Easy Pay payments will be deducted in 10 equal instalments on the 25th of each month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend), beginning on 25 October 2016 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.

7.2.2      By signing with the Easy Pay payment plan, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised.

7.2.3      The Easy Pay payment plan facilitates an automatic rollover of your membership from year to year. Easy Pay payment plans rollover the members’ membership and payment each year for the following season. Payments are applied in the same method as when the member signed up, except when using the 6 monthly plan, which will rollover into the 10 monthly payment plan the following year.

7.2.4      Members can only opt out of the Easy Pay payment plan at the conclusion of their last instalment and before the first instalment for the following season by notifying the Club either in writing or via email to membership@afc.com.au . All outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.

7.2.5      Members will be given at least 14 days’ notice in writing of changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Easy Pay payment Plan agreement.

7.2.6      The first instalment will be withdrawn on 25 October 2016, with further payments on the 25th of each following month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend or public holiday). If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 25th, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer. Members will not be provided with reminders or invoices for their payment plan instalments.

7.2.7      Members applying for the Easy Pay payment plan after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date.

7.2.8      If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, the club will contact you via letter, email or SMS text requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you.

7.2.9      The Club may suspend or cancel your membership if, on three consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution. We will notify you if we suspend or cancel your Easy Pay payment plan arrangement.

7.2.10    It is your responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change; (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.

7.2.11    If your Membership is suspended or cancelled, you will not be able to gain access to any matches during the 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or the Toyota AFL Finals Series.

7.2.12    If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Club Member Services on (08) 8440 6690. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for drawing.

8.      GST and Levies

Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.

9.      Refund Policy

As a general policy, Club Memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the Club’s Membership Manager.

10.   Cancellation Policy

The Club reserves its right to cancel a member’s Club Membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club Membership and/or associated benefits).

11.   Club Member Code of Conduct

While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with Club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated. Club Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the AFL’s stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.

12.   Variation to Club Membership Terms and Conditions

The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of Club Membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website or email. Members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Club Membership.

13.   General Stadium Rules

Club Members must adhere to all rules and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club Member. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.

14.   Lost or Stolen Memberships Cards

Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club Membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club’s Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 and the Club will then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision if a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.

15.   Voting Rights

Club Members who have access to no less than three (3) home or away matches per year may be eligible to vote in the Adelaide Football Club Annual General Meeting and/ or participate in Member Elected Board Position elections. Eligibility criteria and voting conditions are available at afc.com.au 

16.   Members’ Privacy

All personal information will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at www.afl.com.au/privacy .  By providing your personal information you agree to such use and disclosure by the Club and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy.

17.   Telephone and Internet Renewals

Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club Membership (as amended by from time to time by the Club).

We Fly As One Membership – ‘Win a Monthly iPad Mini 2’ Promotion

On entering this competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter, collection of personal information, and prizes, form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Seat Return Program

Seat Return Program


  • Season seat return is only available for Reserved Seat memberships paid for by the member. Essential Crows and Essential Crows Reserved Seat members will be unable to use the seat return program. In addition, corporate customers are not eligible to use the seat return program.
  • Once seats are returned for resale they cannot be returned back to the member for that particular game.
  • Once seats are returned the membership barcode will be retired for the relevant game and the membership card cannot be used for either entry into the venue or access to seating.
  • Returned seats will be released in accordance with public demand for tickets in specific seat categories. There is no guarantee that your seat will be resold if returned for resale.
  • For seats that are returned and sold, the cash back return will be determined by the season seat fee paid by the member. Each game will be valued according to the cash back table below.

  • Members will be notified via email approximately 7 days after the match to advise whether or not their seat has sold.
  • Cash back is not issued to members if the seat is not resold.
  • Payment of any proceeds from the resale will be by bank deposit only with the member to provide banking details at time of returning seat for resale. If bank details are not provided prior to the sale of the ticket, the member will not receive a cash back return. In addition, if bank account details are not entered correctly during the seat return process, the Club will be unable to issue cash back.
  • Seat returns close at 5pm (ACST) Tuesday (the week of the game) for each Adelaide Football Club home game in 2015.
