UPDATE YOUR DETAILS 2017

 

On entering this competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter, collection of personal information, and prizes, form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

 

  1. The Promoter is: Adelaide Football Club (AFC) ABN 48 008 101 568; of 105 West Lakes Blvd, West Lakes SA 5021. Telephone: (08) 8440 6636.

 

  1. The Promotion commences 9.00am ACST on 20 June 2017 and closes 4.00pm ACST 4 July 2017 (Promotion Period). 

 

  1. Entry is open to all Adelaide Football Club members and supporters who confirm or update their details during the Promotion Period (the Entrant), and additionally those who complete and submit the short ‘Fan Survey’.

 

  1. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.

 

  1. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

 

  1. All correct and valid entries submitted during the promotion period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prize. Entrants may only enter the competition once.

 

  1. The prizes include:

 

In the instance the winner is an Adelaide Crows supporter:

  • One of five (5) Adelaide Crows 2017 General Admission season memberships valued at up to $250 (for each adult membership)

 

OR in the instance the winner is an existing Adelaide Crows financial member,

  • One of five (5) Adelaide Crows 2018 memberships equal to the value of their current 2017 membership valued at a maximum of $745 (for each adult membership). Excludes the Gold upgrade component of any membership, excluding ‘Legends Memberships’.
     

Participants of the ‘Fan Survey’ will be entered into the draw for:

  • Two (2) tickets to the Adelaide Football Club 2017 Club Champion Presentation Dinner (Upon the conclusion for the 2017 season. Date TBA)

 

  1. The ‘Update your details’ total prize pool is valued at up to $1250 for supporters and a maximum of $3725 for current 2017 members.
     
  2. The “Fan Survey” total prize pool is valued at up to $500

 

  1. The promotion prize draw will take place on 11.00am ACST  Monday 10 July 2017 at the Adelaide Football Club, 105 West Lakes Blvd, West Lakes SA 5021.

 

  1. The prize winners will be contacted by email and/or phone on Tuesday 11th July 2017 and the Promoter will arrange prize delivery.  The Promoter may record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. 

 

  1. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that part of the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed  for cash. 

 

  1. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 

 

  1. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during, or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.  

 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.  

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.  

 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought.

 

  1. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to undertake communication and promotional campaigns.  Entrants may withdraw their consent to the use of their information (including but not limited to email, direct mail and SMS campaigns) at any time.   1. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 

 

  1. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

 

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry

 

  1. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

2017 Membership


All Adelaide Football Club (Club) Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.      Purchase of Membership

If you are successful in your Membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within five (5) business days. Your membership card and fulfilment package will be issued within thirty (30) business days from payment. Members who join during the season will receive a membership card (or match entry ticket) prior to the next home game. The Club reserves its right not to accept any Membership application form in its absolute discretion.

2.      Term of Membership

Subject to the following terms and conditions, your Club Membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to 31 October 2017.

3. Club Membership Categories and Entitlements

3.1.        Reserved Seat Membership categories

Season Ticket (Silver)

Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Silver Membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.  

Essential Crow Reserved Seat

Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) Conditions of Entry. Essential Crows Reserved Seat entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.1.2    General Admission Membership categories

Additional fees and charges may apply to General Admission Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the Member.

Essential Crow

Entitles the holder to general admission seating in the Western Stand for up to eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. 

This category is a general admission membership and is subject to capacity and may not be guaranteed entry. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) Conditions of Entry. Essential Crow membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Season General Admission

Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to eleven (11) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Season General Admission membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Season General Admission membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Season General Admission membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Season General Admission membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Bronze General Admission

Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Bronze Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Bronze membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Bronze membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Bronze General Admission membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.1.3      Interstate Membership categories

Additional fees and charges may apply to General Admission Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the Member.

Victorian General Admission

Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches at the MCG and Etihad Stadium. The Victorian General Admission membership base price is $50.00 for adults and concessions and $30.00 for juniors which is payable upfront at time of purchase. The relevant membership kit and card will then be issued to the member. An eligible credit card must also be supplied at time of purchase which will be used to process payments on a pay-as-you-go basis, following attendance of any Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Etihad Stadium.

The pay-as-you-go fee, charged per person attending each Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Etihad Stadium is $25.00* for adults, $17.00* for concession and $5.00* for juniors. Fees will be charged to the members’ nominated credit card within 7 business days following each eligible Crows Victorian match attended.

*Fees are subject to change for the 2017 subject to fixture and may be amended before the season commences.

Victorian General Admission members are subject to the payment terms outlined under point 7. Payments in these terms.

Victorian General Admission also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Victorian General Admission entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Victorian General Admission membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat prior to the season. Payments made on the Victorian General Admission membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Victorian General Admission membership is only available to members who reside in Victoria. Victorian General Admission membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Victorian Home and Away

Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches,                                        at the MCG and Etihad Stadium, and additional games at the MCG of up to eleven (11) games in total. Victorian Home and Away access to the AFL Reserve (not valid for Anzac Day or Toyota AFL Final Series.)

Victorian Home and Away also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Victorian Home and Away membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Victorian Home and Away membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat prior to the season. Payments made on the Victorian Home and Away membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Victorian Home and Away membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Interstate

Entitles the holder to access a free ticket to one (1) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match in their home state (if scheduled). Members are required to book their free ticket online at www.19thman.com.au . Interstate membership is only available to members who reside in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, TAS & WA and is not available to residents living in Victoria.

Interstate membership also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of your choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Subject to capacity and cannot be booked.

You may be required to upgrade your ticket through Ticketek to gain entry to the home Showdown, v Port Adelaide. Subject to availability and fees will apply.

Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.

Each Interstate Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2017 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2017, the Interstate membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Interstate membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Interstate membership entitles the holder to voting rights. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.1.4      Non Access Membership categories

Boundary Line

Entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches at Adelaide Oval. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Gold / Captain’s Club (upgrade)

Gold and Captain's Club upgrades entitle the holder to priority access to purchase a 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket, subject to the Crows participation.

Season Ticket, Essential Crow Reserved Seat, Essential Crow, Season General Admission, Victorian General Admission, Victorian Home and Away and Interstate are the only categories of membership eligible for Gold and Captain's Club upgrades.

Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Global Crow

Prospective Global Crow members must have an international postal address to be eligible. Global Crow membership is not available to supporters who reside in Australia or New Zealand. AFL streaming access passes will not be sent to members who have an Australian or New Zealand address on their account. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

Crows Live

Crows LIVE membership is only available to supporters living in Australia or New Zealand (streaming will not work with an international IP address). AFL streaming access passes will only be sent to members who have an Australian or New Zealand address on their account. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

We Fly As One Membership

We Fly As One membership entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches at Adelaide Oval. We Fly As One membership is not available to existing members. Entitlements can be viewed at www.19thman.com.au and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

3.2   Membership Classifications and Concessions

3.2.1      Family

Family Memberships are available for two (2) adults and two (2) juniors, or two (2) adults and one (1) junior (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2017) in Category 5, 6 or 7 seating, Season General Admission Membership, Victorian GA membership and Victorian Home and Away.

3.2.2      Junior

To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 6 years of age or more and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2017. Juniors aged under 6 at 1 January 2017 are entitled to attend matches without a Club Membership, however they must not occupy a seat.

3.2.3      Student

Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2017. You must be able to present you full-time student concession card at the gate on game day (if requested). Failure to present the card (if requested) will result in you paying a daily upgrade fee to an Adult ticket through Ticketek at the gate, subject to availability. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2017 Toyota Premiership Season matches.

3.2.4      Pensioner

Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2017 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your Membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2017 football season. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2017 Toyota Premiership Season matches.

3.3   Toyota AFL Finals Series entitlements

Each Member’s access to the Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches in late August should the Club be participating in the Toyota AFL Finals Series.

4.      Transfer of Membership

Club members may transfer/loan/pass their membership to a family member or friend providing that the family member or friend is at the equivalent level of entry. Concession and junior Members who transfer/loan/pass their membership card to an adult, or junior members to a concession, will be required to pay the daily upgrade fee through Ticketek at the gate on game day.

5.      No Onselling

Club Membership cards and Club Reserve tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be onsold (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is onsold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member’s Club Membership without a refund).

Members may, however, make their reserved seat membership available for resale on a game-by-game basis via the Club’s official Seat Return Program – refer to separate Seat Return Terms & Conditions.

6.      AFL Member Upgrades

6.1   AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal    details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access.  AFL Members who have nominated the Adelaide Football Club as their club of support may purchase a club reserved seat membership upgrade; or alternatively may purchase a daily ticket upgrade via Ticketek. AFL Members do not have access to the Western Stand at the Adelaide Oval.

6.2   MCC members may purchase a club upgrade via the Club or Melbourne Cricket Club.

7.      Payment

Payment of your Club Membership fee may be made in the following ways:

7.1          Full Payment by Monday 5 December 2016: Your full Membership fee can be paid via any one of the            following methods: VISA, MasterCard, BPay, Australia Post Billpay, Cheque, Cash or EFTPOS.

7.2          Easy Pay Payment Plan: Members can elect for payments to be deducted either in full, across 10 monthly payments or across 6 monthly payments as follows:

7.2.1      Easy Pay payments will be deducted in 10 equal instalments on the 25th of each month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend), beginning on 25 October 2016 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.

7.2.2      By signing with the Easy Pay payment plan, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised.

7.2.3      The Easy Pay payment plan facilitates an automatic rollover of your membership from year to year. Easy Pay payment plans rollover the members’ membership and payment each year for the following season. Payments are applied in the same method as when the member signed up, except when using the 6 monthly plan, which will rollover into the 10 monthly payment plan the following year.

7.2.4      Members can only opt out of the Easy Pay payment plan at the conclusion of their last instalment and before the first instalment for the following season by notifying the Club either in writing or via email to membership@afc.com.au . All outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.

7.2.5      Members will be given at least 14 days’ notice in writing of changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Easy Pay payment Plan agreement.

7.2.6      The first instalment will be withdrawn on 25 October 2016, with further payments on the 25th of each following month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend or public holiday). If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 25th, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer. Members will not be provided with reminders or invoices for their payment plan instalments.

7.2.7      Members applying for the Easy Pay payment plan after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date.

7.2.8      If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, the club will contact you via letter, email or SMS text requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you.

7.2.9      The Club may suspend or cancel your membership if, on three consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution. We will notify you if we suspend or cancel your Easy Pay payment plan arrangement.

7.2.10    It is your responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change; (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.

7.2.11    If your Membership is suspended or cancelled, you will not be able to gain access to any matches during the 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or the Toyota AFL Finals Series.

7.2.12    If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Club Member Services on (08) 8440 6690. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for drawing.

8.      GST and Levies

Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.

9.      Refund Policy

As a general policy, Club Memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the Club’s Membership Manager.

10.   Cancellation Policy

The Club reserves its right to cancel a member’s Club Membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club Membership and/or associated benefits).

11.   Club Member Code of Conduct

While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with Club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated. Club Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the AFL’s stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.

12.   Variation to Club Membership Terms and Conditions

The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of Club Membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website or email. Members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Club Membership.

13.   General Stadium Rules

Club Members must adhere to all rules and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club Member. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.

14.   Lost or Stolen Memberships Cards

Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club Membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club’s Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 and the Club will then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision if a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.

15.   Voting Rights

Club Members who have access to no less than three (3) home or away matches per year may be eligible to vote in the Adelaide Football Club Annual General Meeting and/ or participate in Member Elected Board Position elections. Eligibility criteria and voting conditions are available at afc.com.au 

16.   Members’ Privacy

All personal information will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at www.afl.com.au/privacy .  By providing your personal information you agree to such use and disclosure by the Club and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy.

17.   Telephone and Internet Renewals

Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club Membership (as amended by from time to time by the Club).

  • Season seat return is only available for Reserved Seat memberships paid for by the member. Essential Crows and Essential Crows Reserved Seat members will be unable to use the seat return program. In addition, corporate customers are not eligible to use the seat return program.
  • Once seats are returned for resale they cannot be returned back to the member for that particular game.
  • Once seats are returned the membership barcode will be retired for the relevant game and the membership card cannot be used for either entry into the venue or access to seating.
  • Returned seats will be released in accordance with public demand for tickets in specific seat categories. There is no guarantee that your seat will be resold if returned for resale.
  • For seats that are returned and sold, the cash back return will be determined by the season seat fee paid by the member. Each game will be valued according to the cash back table below.

  • Members will be notified via email approximately 7 days after the match to advise whether or not their seat has sold.
  • Cash back is not issued to members if the seat is not resold.
  • Payment of any proceeds from the resale will be by bank deposit only with the member to provide banking details at time of returning seat for resale. If bank details are not provided prior to the sale of the ticket, the member will not receive a cash back return. In addition, if bank account details are not entered correctly during the seat return process, the Club will be unable to issue cash back.
  • Seat returns close at 5pm (ACST) Tuesday (the week of the game) for each Adelaide Football Club home game in 2015.
