Seat Returns for Round 22 v Sydney close 5pm (ACDT) Monday 14 August 2017.

The program provides the ability for our members to return their seat for games they are not able to attend. If you are not intending to use your reserved seat membership to attend a particular game, you will be eligible to participate in the seat return program. Returning your seat enables another person to purchase your available game day ticket, via Ticketek. Please be aware by returning your seat, the ticket is released for that selected game and you will be unable to use your membership card for that game.

Subsequently, if your ticket sells, a credit will be applied to your 2018 Membership. The amount you will be credited is dependent upon your category of seat. Please see the chart below for credit amounts.

All member seats that are returned through your My Crows Account, are put on sale through Ticketek each match. Ticketek is the only official ticket agent for Adelaide Crows home games. Please ensure when returning seats that you use our Official Club Seat Return Program to gain your credit for 2018 offer, or when purchasing daily tickets please purchase via Ticketek, to guarantee authorised access.

TICKET FORWARDING

Ticket forwarding is also active so if you can't attend a game and don't want to pass your ticket on, you can forward a paper ticket via email to a family member or friend via your My Crows Account. For more infortmation, please call Member Services for more info (08) 8440 6690.

RESALE AND SCALPING

The Seat Return Program of the Adelaide Football Club is the only official way for members to re-sell their tickets for Adelaide Crows home matches in 2017. When purchasing a ticket to any Crows home match, the only way to ‘guarantee’ that you are able to attend the match is to purchase through the Official Seller, in this case Ticketek.

Terms and Conditions

Seat Returns

  • Season seat return is only available for Reserved Seat memberships paid for by the member. General Admission, Essential Crows and Essential Crows Reserved Seat members will be unable to use the seat return program. In addition, corporate customers, AFL Members and Cheersquad Members are not eligible to use the seat return program.
  • Once seats are returned for resale they cannot be returned back to the member for that particular game.
  • Once seats are returned the membership barcode will be retired for the relevant game and the membership card cannot be used for either entry into the venue, upgrades or access to seating.
  • Returned seats will be released in accordance with public demand for tickets in specific seat categories. There is no guarantee that your seat will be resold if returned for resale.
  • For the 2017 Season, a credit will be issued to Members whose seats are successfully resold, to be applied to their 2018 Membership.
  • For seats that are returned and sold, the credit will be determined by the season seat fee paid by the member. Each game will be valued according to the cash back table below.

  • Members will be notified via email approximately 7 days after the match to advise whether or not their seat has sold.
  • Credit is not issued to members if the seat is not resold.
  • Credit will not be eligible to be refunded or credited to your 2017 Membership.
  • Seats need to be returned no later than the cut off dates outlined below.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any given time.
